SunPower Welcome Mailer
We love welcoming newcomers to the SunPower family but the old mailer was awkwardly sized, paper heavy, outdated, and cost $15 each. We were asked to rethink the mailer to cut costs and align with our core value of sustainability. By developing a new form factor and using just one eco-friendly press sheet, we were able to deliver printing, fulfillment, and shipping for just $1.68 per unit—saving SunPower over $1M a year.
